An older Mac: install or stay in the browser
Check the macOS version before downloading a desktop build, since applications set a minimum, and check free disk space, because chart history grows quietly over months. On a Mac with plenty of both, the desktop terminal is worth having: templates and indicator settings persist and reopen unchanged.
On a Mac that is short of space, running an older system, or belonging to someone else, Safari is the answer. Nothing is installed, no administrator password is required, and the tab can be closed and reopened on another machine entirely. Chart layouts do not persist locally, which is the trade-off.
Zambia stays on UTC+2 all year. The London open lands at 10:00 or 09:00 in local time and the New York open at 15:00 or 14:00, according to the northern clock change, so both sessions fall inside the working day. Whichever route the Mac takes, a phone signed into the same account shows the same positions.
